Anyone experienced this sort of issue on USB-c-only MacBook? Particularly with 3rd party adapters, and hubs. What I do find odd though is that the issue with VGA is very different to that with the HDMI. I can only think that it's something to do with this MacBook only having one USB-c and the fact that I'm running the monitor through an external multi port USB-c hub, and that bootcamp doesn't like outputting video through the USB-c. I have tried literally everything I can think of, in the Win10 settings, in the Intel Graphics control panel, I've tried all sorts of different resolutions, I've installed various drivers and software from intel that appears to be compatible with Intel 515 graphics, absolutely nothing has made any difference. It's literally as though I unplug the HDMI cable for a second and immediately plug it back in. Here is a clip of the issue I get with the HDMIĪnd with VGA, everything appears to work fine for a short period, but then periodically the external monitor goes black, and then comes back. ![]() ![]() There are issues both with VGA and HDMI, but both are very different. I loaded bootcamp onto my MacBook and everything works beautifully, except for my external monitor. ![]() ![]() USB-c hub (3x USB, VGA, HDMI, USB-c w/ PD + data transfer) Macbook early 2016 12inch, intel m3 1.1ghz, 256gb, 8gb
